The Project Value

Barnabas Project  highly values  transparancy, honesty  and healthy relationship to build  team work  in the mission field. The partnership  ministry  has built up its foundation based on  trust. This is possible because of the intigrity and accountablility

Compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience and tolerance.

Our  resources:

The joint ministry derives its resources from following factors:

Financial resources: The financial contribution made by the partners toward the fund to fulfill vision and goal of the  mission.

Non financial factor: The potentials and  different abilities  of the people who discovered their talents, gifts and skill  with a willing  to work and  help others..

Resource in Business sector: The business interprises and other industrial sectors in Nepal and other places.

Government of Nepal: God has already ordained  the authority for the well being of the people.

The greatest resource is the word of God and genuine prayer.

Windsor Park Baptist Church

What we Believe:
We are a community of people who believes in God the Father, in His son Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Spirit-one God; who are repentant of sin and have been saved by personal faith in Jesus Christ through His atoning death and the resurrection; who publicy confess thier faith and who are committed to the Church's aims and purposes. We believe in the true humanity and deity of the Lord Jesus Christ; the person of the Holy spirit as the one who sets apart, empowers and imparts spiritual gifts to the church; the inspiration of the Bible and its authority in all matters of faith and practice; salvation and the membership in the Christian Church by faith in Christ alone; and the immersion of believers as the scriptural form of baptism.

Mission Statement: Transforming communities' one life at a time. (Roman 12:2) This drives what we do and how we do it; it's our vision to impact many lives with the goodness of God. But we always keep remembering that because every single life is important to God, then every single life is important to us too. We want to do life and faith together.
Commitment: The commitment of Windsor Park Baptist Church to the world mission is drawn from the command of Jesus to go to the entire world and preach the good news to all creation.(Mark 16:15)
The Church interprets the definition of the world of mission broadly as encompassing all the expression of God's love and compassion toward the sin sick world which is an intergral and high profile component in the life of Church members to the world mission and define the mean by which its commitment to the world mission.
The Church recruits and commissions Missionaries in the call of the Lord for couple/individual and the church family to a particular field of service which is tested, checked and affirmed and supported pastorally, financially and prayerfully.
The Church also has a high emphasis on the training for the ministry especially for those with a sense of call to a long term service in the field of world mission.
The Church also takes the great task of raising fund for the church supported missionaries and the disturbing the fund according to the various needs of the missionaries and teh special projects that the Church supports on this mission statement,'' To prepare God's people for the works of the service so that the body of Christ may be built up. (Ephesians 4:12)
Active participation in God's redemptive mission in the other parts of the world.
Mobilizing Christians in the exercise of the ministry gift given to them by God.

“We have only one mission… God’s mission.“God’s mission is for God’s glory only….Fire without flame is not fire. Likewise, Church without mission is not Church… .We go to mission field to suffer loss in order to make others gain in Christ”.                                                                                                                                                                Dr Kevekhalo Lasuh, Pastor, CBCK, Kitsoubozou

“Let them know you as a shepherd…Feed and nurture the sheep. Walk extra mile …visit jails, hospitals.God simply longs to hear our voices any time, any where to build His Church…When Pastors teach and lead the congregation through proper teaching, the Church grows strong spiritually”.                                                                                                                             Dr Nuvocho Dzudo, Pastor, CBC,East Dimapur

Misusing Church Fund is dangerous as it invites God’s curse…..proper use of fund is necessary to build up Indigenous and spiritual Church... A church is called indigenous when it becomes capable of managing its own resources, and become self supporting, self governing and self propagating”                                                                                                                                                                                                            Rev Dr Weyiete Lohe, Pastor, CBC Dimapur Town and Chairman of CMS

“We are not promoting any religion or particular denomination….We are building relationship with Jesus Christ for eternal salvation of mankind… Counseling deals with the people in crisis to build up relationship with God… We are not here to solve their problems. We are just helping them, so that they can solve their own problem with the words of God”                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Rev Dr Coppe Mero, executive Director, Resource Centre, Dimapur

“In fact, the terms “Partnership ministry” does not necessarily reflect the word,” assistance”… . It is a ministry of coming together in God’s mission. It involves mutuality. In partnership ministry, we should say, “Your success is my success”. It fails when we become self centered. It is does not matter who got credits as long as God’s Kingdom is extended in partnership ministry.

Dr Ciekroveyi Cho-o, Assistance Professor, OTS, Bade, Dimapur

“Church needs to be aware of the spread of HIV in our community and make necessary preparation to prevent and care for them…Saving those peoples who are infected with (HIV)  also should be considered as an important part of Church ministry.”                                                                                            Abel Tureng, Data Manager, HIV/AIDS control Cell, Civil Hospital, Dimapur

“We are God’s possession… Our possessions are God’s property… Our actions are accountable to God. We serve him by committing ourselves to Christ by taking our own cross”.                                                                                                                Zanietso Vero, Missionary for western Nepal
